Monthly statements

The Finance portal provides a monthly USD statement based on Malipo’s immutable financial register. Choose a month on /finance/statements to review activity or download a CSV.

What the statement shows

• UTC period start and end;
• gross successful charges;
• Malipo fees stored with their transaction pricing snapshot;
• merchant net movements;
• settlements, refunds and payouts;
• operational closing balance.

The statement only contains your merchant activity. It never exposes Malipo internal accounts, provider costs, another merchant’s data, or internal anomaly reasons.

Note

During the initial shadow rollout, the current month is shown as a preview. Published statements are immutable; a later correction appears as a referenced movement instead of rewriting an older line.

All financial periods use UTC. Your profile timezone changes how dates are displayed elsewhere, but never changes statement boundaries.
