Complete these steps to activate your live account.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”- Completed sandbox integration and testing
- Business registration documents ready
- Mobile Money payout destination ready for approval
- Compliance review prepared (BCC requirements)
Activation steps
Section titled “Activation steps”- Submit verification documents — Starter individuals submit identity and proof of residence. Businesses submit RCCM, ID.NAT, NIF/DGI, company documents, the authorized representative and beneficial owners. Identity approval lets Starter merchants request live access; an approved proof of residence is required before the first payout. A complete business KYB review is required before live access.
- Configure payouts — Add a Mobile Money destination for approval
- Compliance review — Malipo reviews your application (1-3 business days)
- Live approval — Receive notification and generate live API keys
- Go live — Replace test keys with live keys in your integration
